1. The service
Anyfy provides secure remote access to machines you own or are authorized to access. The service is currently in private beta; features, limits, and pricing may change before general availability.
2. Acceptable use
You may only connect devices you own or have explicit permission to access. You may not use Anyfy to circumvent network security controls you are not authorized to bypass, or for any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of anything you transmit through the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Availability & warranty
During the beta, the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees or warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anyfy Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email before they take effect.
